As you may be aware, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into force on 25th May 2018.
Saved personal data
When you register as a member of the PGE, we ask the following information from you; your first and last name, e-mail address and country. We ask for your postal address only in case you win a competition so we can send you your prize. Your postal address will not be saved in our files.
Our website is currently hosted with Heartinternet (https://www.heartinternet.uk/). Your data are securely stored on their servers.
Processing of personal data
The PGE membership register is confidential. Your data are used solely for membership administration purposes and will never be transferred to any third party. As a member, you have agreed to receive member letters, payment info and other relevant membership information to your email address. The membership payments are followed only by the PGE treasurer and in some cases by another member of the board. As a member it is your decision if you choose to upload your images to your profile gallery or enter our monthly competition. Your entered work will still show in our archive even if you should decide to leave PGE unless you ask us to delete all your entries. If you wish us to delete all your entries and information, please contact pastelguild.org(at)gmail.com
