That means water fowl actually swimming, drifting, diving. Birds preening, stalking prey, just landing or starting off are also permissible, but they have to be in contact with the water!

The winner is MARTINA ZINGLER with "Skies over Iceland" Congratulations! Martina wins a set of Premium Sanded Pastel Paper from our sponsor UART.
In second place is Svenja Starke with "Last Rain Showers", in third place is Karen Israel with "A Day Away".
